some respond to, low rep high weight, lower reps higher reps, or inbetween.
So I take it, since you have "ripped" triceps, that your cut........thing is, if yoru cut, your gonna have to put on about 10lbs to see 1in gain in arm size.
Arms will also be inportion with your chest, back, and shoulder.....since they are designed to work in conjunction with those body parts.
And your whole upper body, well only grow so much,to stay inportion with yoru lower half( legs)
I mean think about it, peopel with big legs, thick cest and shoulder........usually have a nice set of guns to go with it.
i'd suggest
change yoru reps......10 sets of 5, 10 sets of 3 ex.
do different excercises.......or more excercises in general
