i am trying to lose fat...and i heard some people say that it is good to run in the morning without having breakfast and others say differently...is it possible to lose weight this way? or if any supplements are needed tell me so thank u

To answer your Q. Running on an empty stomach, like before bfast, is a very good way to lose fat, especially if using an HIIT method of cardio. The bad thing about this, you will also lose some muscle since you have no food to use as energy.

What I like to do when I do cardio before bfast, not very often, is take a protein shake with added glutamine to spare as much muscle loss as I can. Then have bfast right after.

I would echoe what osca said. HIIT is ideal for weight loss. Airobic cardio is better for endurance training.
And a prot shake before is defo.
