Anyways my friend showed me this new exercise that freaking kills your hammys, thought id post it and see what everyone thinks.
It is done on the Lat-pull down machine. Put your ankles underneath the bar that is suppost to secure your knees, at this point you should be facing away from the machine with your ankles being secure. Then you lock your hands underneath your ass, and slowly lower yourself to the floor, making sure that you stretch out as far as possible, then when your face is around 2 inchs from the floor use your hamstrings to pull yourself back up. It is suppost to help the longevity (sp?) of your muscles and build strength, and I can honestly say its the hardest body weight exercise ive ever done in my life. From what ive said what does everyone else think about it?
