I'm on my 3rd week now of my FT workout routine and eating right. Fortunately and unfortunately I'm going on vacation for two weeks. I don't want to go that long without doing anything and will try to keep my schedule as best as possible, but I will have no access to any weights or a gym. Does anyone have any advice or routine for going on vacation and staying healthy? Hopefully my progress up to this point will not go to waste. Please help me to prevent that from happening!
(I'm on the toning/weight loss routine, 4 days a week, do HIIT cardio 2-3 days a week)

you can take a week off with no adverse effects...focus on eating healthy....getting enough protein(body weight in grams)...and eat fish oil...
if you have to exercise....go for a 1-2 mile run(walk, jog.....)
Do push ups, close stance push ups, dips between 2 chairs, do 1 leg squats against a wall, do pull ups if you can find a bar...do explosive deadlifts with bodyweight....do crunches...etc
