i have an eating problem, i do it to much...i saw information about Satise, a new product that helps you stop crazing food. does anyone know more about it?

Nope, can't say I've heard about it...wait, is that the product that is on television commercials from the same makers of other products like Availmil, etc.?

Anyway put simply, pills just are not the answer, changing your lifestyle is...slowly, methodically, you can do it! And let me tell you, I know a thing or two about eating portions fit for two (or three!)! The best thing you can do for yourself is break your meals up to 4-6, eating when you are hungry, which you will find will most often be the same times approx. each day, don't wait to eat! EAT! Just eat porportionately and good stuff, it is a definate change at first and takes a bit of getting used to, but once you find you are eating when you are hungry and keep your portions reasonable, you will find it is like sleeping!

It is good to have you on FT, welcome, just find some things that will work for you, jjbean, drink a lot of water with your meals, fill up on filling foods, and so on, start with baby steps and you will be ahead of the game before you know it if you keep your mind to it!!
