Hi, I've been working really hard the last few months to get my bodyfat from 21% to under 10%. This is about week 7 and for the last 2 weeks i have been stuck at about 12%. My waist has gone down 5 inches so far, but for the last 2 weeks it hasn't budged. I'm going on vacation in about 3 weeks and i would very much like to reach my goal of getting under 10%, but i don't know what i should change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The following is my current lifestyle/routine.....
-I eat about 1600 calories a day (35% protein, 50% carbs, 10% fat) My BMR is about 2800 calories
-I play basketball for 1.5 hours every monday
-I do cardio 3 times a weeks, right when i wake up for an hour (HIIT)
-I lift weights 3 Times a week
At this point i am assuming I've gained as much muscle as fat lost since i am back at 167 pounds, which is the weight i started with, only my waist is 5 inches smaller than what i started with. Any help or ideas as to how i can see some more improvements would be amazing.
