Hey, I'm on my second week on my ft training program, and I'm just curious if there is a good rule to go by for how much weight to add each week? I do want to see results, and I see on so many websites that it says to get gains you have to life hard. Just wondering if there is a good range to aim for if you want to see some results.

Thanks in advance :)

for upper body lifts if I get all my reps I add 5lbs a week.......and 10lbs a week for lowerbody.

Only ad weight though if you acomplsih all those reps

example bench press week1 135/10 145/8 165/6
week2 140/10 150/8 170/5*
* you mised that last rep......so do the same weight tell you acomplsih that rep.....then add another 5lbs. I can't feel much a difference in 5lbs but 10lbs or so I can tell......easier to go slow and steady and be safe than let ego take over.

good luck
