haha I'm just fooling around with the subject. I'm smart enough to know that 24 lbs in 3 weeks is neither realistic nor safe. But I would like to lose 24 lbs of body fat. I'm thinking 3 months, though it might be pushing it. I'm 5'7, 185 lbs, about 21% body fat. Could anyone give me tips on what to kick start my weight loss?

That got our attention! :) Thankfully you were just feeding us b.s.!
I agree, watch what you eat and exercise!! Cut back or out on those things that you do not need to survive, pop, candy, chips, etc. Implement a good exercise program, like FT's freebie here!! :)
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON YOUR GOALS AND WELCOME TO FT!
