I have been working out 3 days a week for almost a year now and I'd like to say I am in good shape. I have no problems but I just can't get rid of my double chin (fatty neck).
Can someone give me some advice?

this depends on where you store your fat and how elastic your skin is....how tall are u? how much do u weigh? what's ur body fat %?......how old are u? male/female? pls fill out ur profile...
you may need to lose some more wieght to get rid of the double chin....or it may be a skin elasticity problem so you may need to have it sergically corrected....it depends...
Is there something in my diet that could help my skin with its elasticity? I think that is what the real problem is. I don't think it is so much fat under the chin, just skin.
