you can use explosive movements like power clean/hang clean, snatch, clean and jerk, push and press,
you can train you legs to strengthen them with low reps...and full range of motion...
you should also do deadlifts with low reps as well as stiff legged deadlifts also with low reps...
and then there are plyometric exercises.....jump squats(free or with weights), forward/lateral jumps, box jumps, etc....exercises are similar to how you'd train for improved vertical....
search for vertical/jumping higher posts...it's been discussed to nausea there.....
