Ok my questions is.... what r ther best ways to tone up my abs, and my upper chest,dont really need to lose weight, just get rid of the pooch belly i seemed to get after having my 2 childern.... but i have done crunches and a few other exercises, but not quite sure if i have chose the right ones.... Any suggestions would really be appericated.:)
You have to lose the fat over the abs you have which is through diet.
