When I was at my friends house, Irealised that compared to my legs mine were like trees trunks. Then I realised that it was'nt her,it was me. My thighs looked like a jelly brick. My calves looked like a leg of ham.:angry:Im doing leg weights now but I still feel unsatisfied with my body.
Have you tried the FT mass program? It's all laid out for you there and it works. I am sure of that. I've done their mass routine twice with good results. To build up a certain body part you have to do the others as well.
