can some one recomend a good tricep routine for mass. please only answer if you are sure its too confusing trying take in loads of different opinions.

for mass?


bb skull crushers -10-6 reps
tricep rev pull downs( one arm)- 8+
dips -failure

Have you tried the FT mass program? It's all laid out for you there and it works. I am sure of that. I've done their mass routine twice with good results. To build up a certain body part you have to do the others as well.

yea I forgot.....your tris will also be portional to your "pushing" muscles....chest and shoulders.

Close grip presses, and pushups.

isolation.......is really more for skulpting, things that isolate the tri......don't ghive the best mass, overall.
kickbacks
cable excercises
db extensions

isolate well however aren't the best bass builders
like
close grips benches
dips
skull crushers(bb, ez,db)

Thanks andy. I'll stick with the skull crushers and close grip bps are dips effective?
