hi there,i posted this already in some other form but after 2 weeks only 1 person has replied.so i am copying the same query and posting it here in hope of getting a better response..please
i am a 20 year old male and i have lost about 20 kgs over the last year .now i am 5'10 68kg and now i have people coming up to me and saying you look very weak..look at how small your face has become etc. well i too now am feeling i have lost a bit more weight..is there any way i can put back a little weight on the face ?will body building help,like broadening of shoulders,biceps..i mean can any person build body or is it that only certain types of people can build some muscle?
i never thought i did ask this question..when i was fat all i prayed was for to become thin and now...
man its hard!

I wonder if it's like spot reducing? I'm not so sure you can add weight to a certain parts of your body, like the face, on purpose... I understand you can increase muscle on parts like the arms and legs, but not sure about the face.

One of the first places I lost fat was in the face... and I think it's mostly a matter of genetics.

No you cannot add weight to certain parts of your body. It is like spot reducing. I had the same exact problem with your exact stats. 5'8 68kg. Your best bet is to just go on and add some muscle to your lean body. The little extra fat that you might gain will do only better for you since you already want to add a little. Just start lifting heavy and eating lots of protein and you'll soon feel better about yourself, and you'll start getting good complements and such. Good luck though!
