Hi all,
I need help with my ab workout,....lately i've been focusing more on the abs (trying to get the lean six-pack) hehehe......I am seeing some definition ...but I get the feeling that I'm doing more than I have to:
80 crunches 5 times, every other day. (is that enough?)
So I thought maybe it's the diet....but i eat alot of different things with good nutrition....any ideas what type of food I should be focusing on to lose some fat on the stomach?
thanks in advance,
PS. ever heard of John Basedow, the fitness celebrity? he's ripped! and lean!.....I'm thinking about ordering his abs videos. :P

First off, let me tell you that doing 400 crunches will not reveal your abs. Sorry for giving you the truth.
You can do crunches until the cows come home and you still won't reveal them. Hope I'm not upseting you.
The only thing that WILL reveal your abs is tough dicipline with your diet.
Aet as lean and clean as you can to get your BF% down below 10 and you shouls start to see them.
Keep up the good work, and save your money on the abs video!

-------------- Scales are for dead weight: We are not dead yet!
Still trying to find out how to do the Hollywood Free Press.

yes the diet is the key but You still should do some crunches tough. You still want the abs pumped up when you can eventually see them. and crunches will also burn fat as will any exercise but not just from your abs.
