hi all

I have tried one diet plan on my own and it worked for me. I am mentioning it here so it might help you out too.

As i mentioned in my earlier post I was on a diet. What I did is I started eating only boil veh. It was like cabbage, cauliflower, peas, carrot, and we call it shimla chilli with chicken stalk and small pieces of boneless chicken.

I took this diet for 8 days and i lost 5 inches on my waist.

I was regularly working out during all this time.

In the end i felt so weak so i started regular diet again. I took normal diet for a weak and got my power back.

I am going to start it again this weak. I have talked to doctor and he said if i start taking pulses in my diet i wont lose power too.

I hope this will help you people out too.

Wow chicken soup...add 15 eggwhites a apoon of flax half a pot of cottage cheese and some whole wheat crackkers to that and you could have a half decent diet.

Diets are designed with built in failures.
Please eat healthy.
If they weren't failures, there wouldn't be over 10,000 of them out there and we would keep the weight off permanently and still be on one.
This one seems pretty bad.
