With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I remember in the good ol' days... the 80's.. in high school we had a phys ed teacher that wanted us to do as many full sit ups as possible in a minute... I also remembering having a six pack.... now that I'm older and don't have the metabolism, the six pack is gone...
In the last 20 years, things have changed from the sit up to the crunch, but lately I've hearing and reading more about sit ups not being as bad on your back as originally thought (if done correctly)...
Does anyone have any thoughts on this subject?
