Hi, I just joined and was wondering if exercising more than is required for my fitness plan would be okay?
I'm doing the home training program and the 12 weeks abs program and it seems like I'm not doing enough.
I am only 115 pounds but I have a bunch of stomach fat I have to work off and leg and butt fat lol. I am going to Myrtle Beach for Spring break and want to be able to wear a bikini. The main thing is that I want to tighten my stomach. (So I'm actually hoping to gain some weight in muscle and lose the fat):)
Would it be okay if I did 50 reg. crunches, and 50 crunches to each side (instead of the 50 regulars in my plan)?
Sarah
....and do you guys think it is possible to tighten up my stomach in 6 weeks?
You would be alright adding the side crunches - but there is no such thing as spot reducing.
make sure your eating is healthy and keep up the routine and you should see some firming in 6 weeks. Stick to lots of vegetables and lean protein, try to avoid processed foods.
