My daughter is 16 and she is very active. Does field hockey, softball, runs, works out at the gym etc. The only problem that she has is big thighs. She has a very small waist and them kinda like a J Lo butt and thighs. Are there any specific exercises or weight training exercises that she can do to shrink them a little.
