anyone have these.........I always forget to train my traps... I usully do them once every other week or so...and i'm geting to where I don't like bicep training lol( wow a guy that doesn't like bicep training! )

not whatyou hate.......but what is boring.......I don't like shrugs cause the only way you can train it is "shrugging' lol

the back you can do rows,pull ups,dls, different grips for different areas.....same with chest, incline, decline, flat, flys etc....theres so many options.

I'll agree with that...I absolutely hate doing biceps! I always moan and groan on bicep day.

Core muscles. I think - it's been so long since I did them I can barely remember, but I'm pretty sure they were boring.

I can just about convince myself that I can see (or will see soon) most of my muscles, but there's no feedback like that with core muscles. *yawns*

To me, training forearms and traps are also boring.
