I need some help advice. I usually weigh about 110 in the summer and in the winter I weigh 120. I hybernate. Well this winter I weigh 130 and I want to loose 15 pounds even though I know I will lose it once summer comes but I want to loose it now I've been exercising but I need some new exercise routines or exercises Do you know any? And what ones do I do to tones up and what are some foods to eat to lose those extra pounds?
