I am a sucker for Sunflower seeds. I could eat them all day. When I do, I'm not hungry. I used to be a Regular Coke junkie, but a new year's resolution was to give it up. I am clean from Coke and now actually drink about a gallon of water daily. I hate water, but drink it knowing it's good for me.
Long story short, are sunflower seeds bad for me as long as i'm drinking all the water.
Carivan answered your question well....look at the type of fats. These are good fats. PUF's and mono's are good fats. Just fit the calorie range into your diet.
