The only way to lose fat is to to eat less and excersize more. You say you want your six pack back "naturally". This stuff has ephedra! I'm not going to tell you to NOT buy this(because I have never tried it, and I never will try anything like it), but I'm sure its a gimmic. Please do your reading on ephedra and deaths and illnesses related to it before purchasing this.

I'll tell you one thing, when the company actually promotes that "their" ephedra is more powerful than the tradionally used ma huang, it makes me cringe! Ma huang, by itself, is one of the most powerful central nervous system stimulants that was ever used...next to meth and crack of course.lol There were so many complaints and deaths with this product that the F.D.A. actually banned it from the U.S. Hmmm...they'll ban ephedra, but not aspertame(trying to get brownie points, without losing alot of money in my opinion)...never mind, I'm getting off the subject.

The thing that you have to understand about synthetic central nervous system stimulants is that they stimulate it far beyond what could be done "naturally." It will lead to many disorders, one of which is adrenal fatigue...and if you want a great way to start missing workouts, have a bout of adrenal fatigue! Another issue to take into account is that if not cycled properly, you can become addicted easily and put weight once you stop using it. Not exactly what you want, I'm guessing.

My advice...and I'm sure most everyone here will agree with me, is to stay the hell away from this stuff!
