HI

I workedout for more than 3 years and then i stoped and after about 4 years gap i have started again. In 20 days my uper body is toned again and shoulders are in shape. But still i have to lose lots of fats on my abs and sides of my chest.

Actually what i wanna know is, as i am doing only straight bench press, inclined bench press, decline bench press, flies, pullover, and then biceps rod, dumbles, and machine and then triceps same rod dumbles and machine right now. The problem I am facing is my shoulder joints and muscles. it seems that my shoulder joint and muscles dont have strength in them and it pains like if someone lift heavy weight and it pains after some time. because of that pain i stoped decline benchpress and pull over. its better now but still it hurts.

What i wanna know is its only 20 days should i take multi vitamins to get my shoulder muscles and joints strength or should i start my shoulder and wings exercises too.

Secondly if someon can give me some idea how to lose fats on my abs and sides of my chest faster. any particular exercise or diet control??

Yes you should start doing shoulders, you should work out ALL your muscle groups.

Are you doing all of those exercises each day? maybe you need more rest days. Also you should only work out a body part 1 time a week. Except those who are advanced enough, and are doing 2x's a week, or if your just a beginning, some people like to do a complete body workout 3x's a week. However I like splitting the muscle groups up into 3 or 4 days, and hitting them 1x each a week.

For your last question, please read my post in thread "How do I lose the love handles??" it will give you a place to start.

Thanks speeder

Thanks for your advice bro. right now what am doing is one day chest with biceps and second day chest with triceps I do workout 5 days a week. I was thinking to start soulder once i have enough energy to workout chest with biceps and triceps one day and shoulder and wings other day. that makes both sets on alternate days.

If you think i should start working out for my shoulders aswell i think from tomorrow i will try to do chest and biceps with triceps in one day.

Is there any special advice for any special exercise to get the shoulder joint muscles built faster. Last time they took too long to grow. That was the hardest muscles i get on my body.

Thanks once again.

Shoulders are just too easy to injure...keep in mind that form means much more than weight right now. Go light, in good form until you're ready for more. It's going to take a lot longer to shape up if you do damage now. Be patient.
