First of all, please understand that I am not trying to come in and spam the forums and sell product. That's not my intention whatsoever.
I really need some help with this before I take the time and effort that it's going to require to put this together.
Back in Sept 2002, I was 6 ft 2 in and I weighed 325 lbs and I was extremely unhealthy. Today I am 215 lbs. I finally told myself that I had enough and I studies my a$$ off and learned everything that I needed to know to put together a program of my own that I really feel anyone can use to drop the weight and get healthy.
Of course, we all know the freetrainers.com is a great way to go, and in fact my own program was used in conjunction with alot of what freetrainers.com teaches and offers.
So, my question is, would something like this interest anyone here? It will require alot of work on my part to get it done, but I will do it if it's something that enough people have an interest in.
Please email me and let me know what you think. I am just trying to get some helpful opinions before I set aside alot of time to get this project complete. I will also show you some BEFORE/AFTER pictures just so you know I am not blowing smoke.

I don't think the site would have any problems posting your workout regimen and scheme.....we pass alot of info around on here and advice.....thats what I think these forums are for. I for one have posted many things I have tried and or done to loose weight, add muscle add size or strength. SO i for one have no problem as long is its truly healthy and not a fad somthing. Or could possibly hurt somone else.
