I was an avid user of freetrainers about a year ago.
I want to get back on my old routine.

How do I view my nutritional plan from previous months?

Yes. I also previously asked this question a few months ago but couldn't figure out how to search for my old post.

Impossible. You only have two posts under this user name.

Thanks for your help. Now that I think about it, I created an account originally and then created another to get started at the beginning of the month to keep my schedule consistent. I'm going to have to look around for my old username and pw. Thanks again. How did you search by username? Maybe I can find mine that I was using regularly.
