Hey guys i just turned 20 and have been lifting for a couple of years now. I am tired of having the stubborn belly fat and not being cut enough. I am 6'3 200lbs. Should i take more of a mass gainer suppliment or something like Thermadrol? I am looking to lose a little fat but i want to gain more definition and get a little bit bigger. Please reply with what i should do and what suppliment i should take a look at.. Thank you

first pls don't double post....2nd there's a supplement section with tons of threads on similar topics...

but it has to do more with your diet than supplements....most of them are just gimmicks....bodybuilders/strength athletes who advertise for them have the strictest diets of most people....it's about eating nutritious foods, 6-8 times a day in small portions and getting proper amount of proteins, 'good' carbs, and 'good' fats....

If you want a little boost buy AWAKE or generic caffeine pills....200mg which is about a strong cup of coffee....take it in the morning and if you want to at lunch....space it about 5-6 hours....also don't take it within hour of taking creatine cuz it negates its effects.....which also brings me up to creatine.....it's been show to help lose fat slighly...just take it either hour before/after caffeine pills....


I hope you are not drinking soda, and eating things like chips, pizza, fried foods, etc...

200lb at 6'3 is normal.....what's your Body fat?
what's your typical workout for the week like?
what about cardio?
