i live in rochester ny and it is too damn cold to run and there is like 3 feet of snow....i have a member ship to a gym where i life but the cardio is always taken up. does ne1 have ne suggestions what i cood do in my house or garage for cardio??

If you have a lot of room in your house, you could shuffle side to side real quick, i.e. shuffle to your left to the end of the room and then shuffle back and keep doing this for some minutes. This I believe also strengthens balance a little.
