With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Working 40 hours a week and taking 10 credits is leaving me with little leftover time for exercise. I keep missing workouts, eating just so-so, and am often lacking sleep. Does anyone has any tried and true suggestions for how I can juggle everything?
My fitness goals are to build mass and to cut out sugar/alcohol.
