Could I get a confirmation that I am cutting up/slimming down correctly?

STATS: Aged 22, 180 lbs, 6'4, 13% body fat (goal is around 8%).
WORKOUT: Cardio 70 minutes (in 2 sessions)/5 days a week, heavy lifting 3 days on/1 day off.
DIET: 1700-1900 calories a day of clean food.

A simple, "Yes, Jussy, you're doing perfect, I want to be you," or a "You belong on the short bus, get off my turf," would be greatly appreciated!

To keep it as simple as you requested, you're not eating enough.

With your Size, I'd say your BMR is about 2000 Cals, So your Activity level and how much you want to lose a week, would give you your Calorie needs.

I estimate with a Medium to High Activity level (working out 5-6 days a week, your Calorie needs for cutting like this:

Maintance: 3200Cals/day
for 1lb/week: 2700Cals/day
For 2lbs/wk: 2200Cals/day

rememeber that 3500 Cals = 1lb of Fat, so by Cutting 500 Cals a Day, you should drop 1lb a week.
