i made my own workout schedule since i dont have all the machine i need for the 12 week program so i made my own that works with the stuff i got. the only supplements i take is whey protein for post workout and i eat tuna sandwhich for pre workout.
i do: sets reps
butterfly's 4 20,16,14,12
machine press 4 '' ''
two hande cable curl x 2 4 15
dips behind the back x 2 4 15
i run the treadmill for about 15 to 35 minutes
sit up 4 15
squats 4 15
leg raises 4 15

is this too long for a workout? i do this twice a wek on a monday and thursday. Any comment would help thax:dumbbell:

It is a good upper body workout, but a weak lower body. I recommend that you do this workout except the squats and the leg raises, two days a week. Then on two more days of the week do a lower body workout. Include the squats and lunges, leg curls and stiff legged deadlifts, and some calf raises. It is also better that you do not do cardio after a workout, because you have already depleted your body of energy (if you went intense enough), so your body will use the muscle that you just worked so hard to build for energy.
