I am dropping the coffee with cream and sugar and replacing it with organic green tea (no sugar or cream just the tea). Please tell me that this is one of the smartest things I have ever done.

Why!!!!!
Just have your coffee organic, with some splenda and heavy cream...
But seriously, green tea is good, but no one is getting me to give up my java!!!!!

Its not so much that I need the coffee in the morning, it is just that I need something warm. I could drink a cup of sperm and be happy.

It's good to know that you aren't a spitter Hec.
Michael recently gave up coffee for green tea and the only change I have observed is that he doesn't make coffee anymore. I'll let you just imagine my reaction to that.

What about just cutting open the tea bag and sprinkling this junk on cottage cheese? Can I burn more fat doing that? Is the cutting open of the bag considered aerobic at all? What if I just buy the tea, will I burn more fat just by having it in the house? Will it make me a better person, you know, intrinsically? I'd also like to be taller...

Anni, nothing can improve on perfection however the tea is available in capsules which you could break open for your cottage cheese. It's very concentrated in capsule form and probably more easy just to swallow the capsule than go to the trouble of mixing it.

I liked the taste. I didnt add anything to it, just soaked the tea bag in the water. Speaking of tea bagging, anybody ever had that done to them?
