yea i'm a 16 yr old male, 186 pounds and bout 5'6. I am a good 40 pounds overweight and i'm trying to lose the pounds. So far after many attempts I've been unsucessfu. So i'm thinking of changing up my diet but i have no idea what how i should structure it. The big problem is that i can't sturcture my diet into six meals a day. I can only eat 3 big meals ddue to my schedule. Newayz need sum advice...plz

the thing is you have to "work" for your body, try to fit 5-6 meals in, try packing your meals the day before and take them with you.
it takes comitment, mind over body

It is good to have you here! Check out the fitBuddy search below, there are many in your situation! You can start by just making some minor adjustments and increase on them, such as cutting back and then out the "whites", white sugar, white breads, etc. Cut back on any soda pop, then cut it out, replace it with water, take water with you everywhere! Start walking, if you drive park your car further away from your destination than closer, if you don't drive yet, have your driver drop you off further and walk the rest.
Most people find they give up due to taking too big a step and when they feel they have failed, they stop - take some little steps and if you fall short a day, get up and keep going!!
