Worrying about it isn't going to change the fact that you ate it. (Don't cry over spilled milk.) Take it a learning lesson and go on with your workout routine and diet as usual would be my advice. Also, keep in mind that you can't be perfect always. You have to treat yourself now and them but in small amounts, don't get carried away. If you feel as though you are depriving yourself of something that you want, it will catch up to you in the form of binging. :)

You cannot "fix" it. Every meal is an entity unto itself. Just go back your good diet.

You can't change the calories that you ate, but you might be able to learn from what happened.
Why did you end up binging? How can you avoid this in future?

Is it because you were too hungry (therefore in future make sure you don't get hungry by filling up on veggies and eating regularly)

Was it because you saw the chocolate and couldn't resist (therefore don't keep any chocolate in the house)
etc.

your stress of "messing up" will do more harm to your body than the actual chocolate......do an extra 5-10 mins cardio you'll be fine
