you probably need a good full body workout that has compound and olympic movements for full body strength and power/explosiveness....For full body explosiveness try to do power cleans, snatch, clean and jerk, hang clean, push press...do 5 set of 2-3 reps....you're going to be lifting very heavy as explosively as you can...this is why you should maybe try to do full body training using heavy weights before doing olympic training if you have never exercised before...using squats, deadlifts, bench press, standing barbell press....etc....search for workouts on this site...and in powerlifting/strength section of this forum...plyometric training will also be helpfull in terms of explosiveness...but you also need to be fairly in shape/strong(squat, deadlift, bench you bodyweight for at least a rep)to do it...

You will get a lot of benefit from regular weight training workouts as a bigginer....when you become intermediate to advanced lifter...other exercises olympic movements/plyometric training will be more beneficial to you...
