I read that we must reduce fruit intake daily as we bodybuild? This is true? I know to take high GI fruits early in the day, like bananas but apple, pear and orange is good anytime right? Also, to get big, how much fruit should we taske daily? I now take 2 bananas for breakfast and an apple/pear/orange during lunch or dinner.
Also, is peanut butter ok to take at night? I can't find natural PB, so I'm using creamy PB? Should I change to the rough PB?
