I am so depressed i use to be in great shape....nice body and all..All of a sudden i met my finacee, she cooks so good foods.She has lost 30lbs since last year and im so proud but me i gained like 25lbs....What can i do to get pumped up, motivated....and my problem is i eat at night and i eat to fast!!Can someone help me out?? thank you

hey i have the same problem...im tryna eat earlier. but i still speed right thru meals.

fact that you wanna snack at night is not a bad thing...
try eating things that fill you up...and are not very calorie laiden...try a handful of nuts, or raisins, if you can stomach it...try eating cottage cheese it's twice as good for u...it's a slow digesting protein...so ur body will keep getting protein once u go to sleep...will help your body to get the needed amino acids this slowing down/preventing own muscle break down and it will satisfy your hunger...
eat an apple...or drink a protein shake...eat yogurt...

You can always go to the gym at night (substitutes eating) and then have a post workout shake!:big_smile:

I was told to go walking after supper to help stop the fat - so help wash the dishes then a take her walking with you
