I have a total gym with a variety of the features. I was wondering what the best way to use it would be to get more muscular. Has anyone had good results from using one? What kind of workout did you do? I am more interested in a male's perspective from the results stand point, but I would appreciate the feedback from anyone. I do not want to think that I wasted my money.
go all the weight you can handle it, and make 9-8 reps.
if training one muscle group once a week:
make 4-5 excercises for big muscles
3-4 for small muscles
GO AS HEAVY AS YOU CAN, TRAINI REALLY HARD
if training one muscle group teice a week:
3-4 excersices for big msucles
2-3 small msucles
SINCE YOU ARE TRAINING TEICE A WEEK, YOUR INTENSITY IS LOWER THAN ONCE A WEEK.
