might be a silly question, but as you put on muscle and weight, does the shape of your face change?

I really doubt that your face changes shape. Your bone structure should stay the same.

Weight loss or gain will change your face. Yes.

Certainly your face will change. I like to look at my old driver's license, before I lost a lot of weight and compare it to my new college ID. It is amazing the amount of change in the face. This is one way that I keep motivated. Of course this will work the other way around. If you gain fat, then of course your face will become fatter with the rest of your body. I don't necessarily think this will happen with muscle gain.

wanna know something weird? When I lose weight, the very first places that you notice it would be in my face. My cheekbones becomes more prominent, my facial structure a little sharper. It's scary sometimes because I begin to think I look anorexic and sickly. just plain ole weird.
-------------- The only way to defeat fear is to treat it with respect. Take it by the horns, stare deep into it's eyes, analyze it and overcome the ugly bastard.
Now for the love of god...put the donut...DOWN!!!
