I'm training to be (don't laugh) a contortionist, thus the need for much toning in Ab and Leg area...plus strength in my arms. But I personally think (hint..hint) that this site should get a contortion/yoga/gynstastic trainer to make stretching schedules a part of this site. Because I believe that flexibility goes hand in hand with strength training and cardio since it helps to prevent injuries. Not to mention the fact that it's not really cool to be all bulked up and barely be able to get your hands past your knees with a frontbend. Does anyone else agree with me in thinking that stretching schedules should be available?
