The middle of June, I was riding my bicycle home, and yeah it was midnight, I had just gotten off from work. And then everything was black, as I try to regain focus, thinking I'm going to crash into the bushes. But little did I know I already had. Then emensive pain struck through my shoulder, I couldn't even move, but anyways. I was unconcious for about a half hour. I was lucky I even woke up :\ I could have been out there for hours. Anyhow, I was rushed to the hospital where I found out It wasn't a broken shoulder, but rather a Third Degree Acromicolavicular separation of my shoulder. And I tore the 3 main ligament. Took me 2 months to get back to work, and i'm still have troubles, now, 5 months later. I was wondering what kind of exercises I could do to rehabilitate/restrengthen my shoulder. I haven't had rehab either, i just never went back after the second visit to the orthopedic. And now I have no medical coverage, so I was wondering if anyone could help me devise an exercise plan to strengthen... Sorry if it seemed a bit long, I tend to put lots of detail >_>. Thanks.:)

I am not sure on what kind of exercises you could do to help strengthen your shoulder, but I can give you this advice.
Go in for physiotherapy. When I broke my wrist, 8 months down the road I could still barely move it. I finally went into a therapist and within two weeks I had regained most of the maneuverability again. One month later my wrist was at 90%. I still regret not going into a therapist earlier to this day.
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
