Just started my fitness program...

Hey all! Today I started my fitness program from this site and I am so excited! I did legs and then 20 minutes on the treadmill. I wanted to find out how long it would take me to start seeing results and actually lose weight.

Also, as far as reps and weights go....should I be doing lower weight and 12-15 reps (2-3 sets) if I just want to tone and not get too bulky? I am a size 3/4...128 pounds...5'5. I would like to lose at least 5 pounds as my jeans have recently gotten a little more snug than I would ideally like.

What kind of meals should I be eating. Today I had a bowl of oatmeal with bananas for breakfast; a whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken for lunch; and a grilled chicken salad with 1 oz. greek dressing for dinner. I try not to eat too many sweets and as many fruits, beggies, and chicken as possible. I also do not eat red meat, veal, lamb, pork, etc...and no soda! Any suggestions will be immensely appreciated!!
