Hey.. i really don't eat alot of food at all, but its not a disorder its just i only eat when im hungry. Are there any foods that are low in fat that anyone would recommend for me to eat when i do? ALSO! If i start drinking protein shakes, what will it do for my body exactly?

If you plan to workout 3x per week like you mentioned in another post, you need to eat. Take a lok at the FT workout plans and pick one that meets your goals. They come with nutritional guidelines.

If you have trouble eating, protein shakes are a great idea, just make sure you are not consuming too much protein. Protein shakes contain primarily what they are called protein. Normal protein shakes will contain around 110 calories, 1.5 grams fat, 3grams carbs, and 22 grams of protein. If you consume too much protein your body will just end up turning it to fat. A good way to try to eat more is space out your meals, this way you can eat more throughout the day.
