Recommend a Rack/Cage

Hey Mikey, mine is made by Powerhouse Fitness. it is a squat rack with a separate adjustable bench. I've used up to 450 lbs on it. There is a cable pulldown as well. Make sure you look closely at the cable systems. Some are useless. They need to have good bracing and should support at least your weight without flexing. Mine was $229 and i got it for $129 on sale.

The squat cage is angled away so yu can dump the weight if you get in troumle. it has about 5 holes to locate the safety pegs at different heights.

Unfortunately I have to workout at home by myself; which really isn't a bad thing I guess. I currently have to free squat, bench, seated military, etc etc etc without any safety. I am looking to buy a POwer Rack, but have found prices from $299-$$$$$$$$$$$. I was wanting to know if I should stay away from certain makes, and/or look into makes I don't have listed. Currently looking at; Yukon, POwertec, New York Barbell, Nautilis, Tuff Stuff, and Body-Solid. I don't move huge amounts of weight, but it doesn't take much to put the hurts to you. I would once again, appreciate any input.
