I have read many times in here that you can’t grow mussel while losing weight.
I was wondering if they really mean you can’t get good defined mussels while having fat on the body or that you really can’t gain any mussel at all. I know I am gaining strength and am losing weight and fill like I am getting more sold but still have a lot of fat to get ride of and I was confused if I was making mussel or just thinking I am.
