i have gotten relay good results. but i have one problem. my ass is huge. i do asquats and lunges ect.... but nothing seem to b happening. i fell this is weird b/c i have a six pack adn my arms n chest and legs are all difined. but all u see is my ass!!!!!!! plase help what should i do

Be thankful thanks what you should do! lol Some people (not necessarily me myself) have no a**. you must look good, I mean all defined and everything with a big a**. Wish I was you. I'm not sure that I have a suggestion as to what you should do though. I mean if you didn't have a six pack and you weren't all defined and all, I'd tell you that you'd probably need to lose weight. But it seems like you don't need that. And there's no such thing as spot reducing, so I think your pretty much screwed buddy. lol
