I have been doing cardio off and on through out my work out routine and I was wondering how long should you do it for. I have walking tapes that I do in my home which range from 1 to 4 miles and I also have acess to a treadmill. But am not sure how long I should use the treadmill for. Is there such a thing as too much time or too little time. I also have acess to rowing machine and a exercise bike,

if you want to lose your fatty tissue as you say in the profile, 25-30 min cardio at a low intensity will help.
You also should build muscle to help burn more calories. Cardio alone will not change the shape of your body.
