I went for testing last month because I wasn't able to lift any weight with my left arm. (particularly bicep curls), turns out I have a pinched nerve in my neck.
Now to the whining........I'm still working out daily, but I'm losing my muscle in my left arm. This is soo frustrating. I'm starting to get some shape in my right arm, and on the left is this flabby mess! Ok ........whining is all done.
Any ideas that I can do in the meantime?
P.S. The good news is that the Chiropractor tells me I should regain strength because he couldn't see an permanent damage. Yeah!
Start with a light weight (5-7lbs) just to get the muscle and tendons moving. Don't rush to move up in weight. You might want to try other exercises that don't target the area directly.
