So I have checked out models my height and they weight about 124lbs (I am 5'11) so does that mean that they have basically no muscle? I went to body fat monitor and it said that I am 49lbs fat -I am sure that is way off, but if I lose 49lbs, I will be supermodel thin (and thats just gross). How accurate is body monitor?

Here's what you need to do..instead of looking at regular models, look at fitness models. They weigh a good bit more, and I feel are a more realistic idea of what to shoot for when trying to get a mental image of what you want to look like.

I agree - the supermodels look sick to me but the models on fitness mags look heathly

49lb of fat doesn't say much...it's the body fat % that's usually representative...a good % is around 22-25% for women...so at 5'11 150-160 is probably a good weight with vf of 22-25%
