Hi guys I need some advise

currently this is my programme

Weights
cardio
weights
cardio
weight
Free
Free

I want to add one more training day to my programme....I want to do a full body workout on that day, but without targeting any specific muscles. do some compound exercises to target and strengthen the whole body

any suggestion / comments to such a workout

Barbell squats
Straight leg heel raises
Incline Bench Press
Overhead Dumbbell press
Underhand pulldowns
Dips or Lying barbell extensions
Barbell/Dumbbell bicep curls

15x4 if you are not going for mass
